The Sigga ROI & Savings Calculator (the "Tool") is provided by Sigga Technologies ("Sigga", "we", "us") exclusively to support commercial discussions with prospective and existing clients. Its sole purpose is to assist authorised users in building an internal business case for the adoption of Sigga's software products, including Sigga Empower, Planning & Scheduling, and related solutions.

Access to this Tool, including any savings estimates, financial projections, improvement benchmarks or supporting methodology (collectively, "Output"), is granted strictly for that purpose and to no other party for any other purpose whatsoever.

All Output generated by this Tool is confidential and proprietary to Sigga Technologies. By accessing and using this Tool you agree that:

• The Output may only be used internally within your organisation to evaluate or justify the adoption of Sigga products.
• The Output may not be shared with, disclosed to, or used by any competitor, third-party consultancy, industry analyst, benchmarking body or any other organisation without Sigga's prior written consent.
• The Output may not be reverse-engineered, used to replicate Sigga's methodology, reproduced in marketing or sales materials by any party other than Sigga, or used as a basis for competitive analysis.
• You will treat any Output with the same standard of care you apply to your own confidential commercial information, and no less than reasonable care.

The improvement benchmarks, savings models, calculation formulae, scenario parameters and analytical framework embedded in this Tool are proprietary intellectual property of Sigga Technologies. They incorporate research, field data, and methodologies developed and refined over years of customer deployments across asset-intensive industries.

Nothing in these Terms transfers or assigns any intellectual property rights to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view Output solely for the permitted purpose described in Section 1.

All savings estimates and financial projections are indicative only. They are derived from industry-standard benchmarks (including sources such as Aberdeen Group, McKinsey Global Institute, Deloitte, and the Reliability Academy) and applied to the operational data you provide. Actual results will depend on implementation quality, change management, site-specific conditions, workforce factors, and many other variables outside Sigga's control.

Sigga does not warrant, guarantee or represent that any specific level of savings, return on investment, payback period or operational improvement will be achieved. The Output is provided "as is" for illustrative and planning purposes only.

The quality of Output depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the operational data you supply. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of inputs. Sigga accepts no liability for Output generated from inaccurate, incomplete or estimated input data.

Nothing in this Tool or its Output constitutes financial, legal, engineering, accounting or investment advice. You should not rely on Output as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances. You are encouraged to validate key assumptions with your own financial and operational teams before making investment decisions.

Personal information you enter (name, email address, job title) is used solely to deliver your personalised report and to enable follow-up by the Sigga account team responsible for your engagement. This data is handled in accordance with Sigga's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where relevant.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sigga Technologies, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Tool or its Output, even if Sigga has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
